Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
- •6-10 years of experience in financial services with preference for quantitative regulatory reporting experience
- •Proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- •Excellent communication skills and passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- •Adept at project-based work and managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
- •Proficiency in English required, proficiency in German is an advantage
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

- •Oversee production and sign-off of regulatory reports
- •Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of reports
- •Manage in-house reporting processes as needed
- •Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- •Act as primary subject matter expert for regulatory reporting
- •Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders
- •Monitor regulatory developments and adapt reporting strategies
- •Drive dialogue and negotiations with stakeholders
- •Initiate and lead cross-business unit projects
- •Enhance process efficiency and data integrity
- •Collaborate on strategic initiatives with senior management
- •Coach and mentor team members and outsourcing partners
