# Lead Project Manager (m/f/d) ## WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT In the responsibility as Lead Project Manager, you will establish and lead the project management of the global Supply Chain for the NAS® battery factories. Your areas of responsibility include: * Management of daily project operations (project priority issue steering, timeline planning, task monitoring, stakeholder coordination, data exchange, and critical item problem solving) * Coordination and facilitation of the Supplier Development and Engineering Decision Board and Steering Committees * Collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional global partners (supplier management, task forces, critical topics) * Manage, structure, and organize project data and tasks within the project while driving forward the digital transformation and modernization of the project management and supplier development tools and methods * Establish, monitor, and optimize the reporting including Supplier Development Dashboard according to the project goals and respective KPIss * Standardization and optimization of supplier development processes (supplier assessments, selection, sourcing, controlling) * Ensure business compliance according to standard business practices, regulations, and QEHS ## WHAT YOU OFFER * Completed studies in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or business administration * Solid, position-related work experience gained in a project management, supplier management, or procurement role within the automotive manufacturing, battery manufacturing or similar industries * Deep knowledge of project management, supplier management and sourcing, product launch and industrialization processes * Capability to create tangible and sustainable results in a target-oriented way * Excellent communication in English and in German, proficiency in Japanese is an additional plus * Strong collaboration skills and passion to contribute to sustainable solutions limiting the implications of climate change ## WHAT WE OFFER * Following the successful completion of the initial investment project, promising opportunities arise for the involvement in the plant’s target organization or subsequent investment endeavors * Inspiring networks for the development and implementation of your ideas (e.g. Women in Business) * Mentoring programs and learning opportunities for your professional and personal development * Career paths as professional development to other positions in the company (including job rotation) * Support with childcare (e.g. company daycare, holiday programmes) * Fitness and health studio, medical care center with numerous offers for your health ## Diversity is our greatest strength!
