Anforderungen
- •University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- •Several years of proven experience in electrically conductive coatings, including hands-on formulation work
- •Deep process knowledge of pad printing, screen printing, and jetting for conductive coating systems
- •Experience with ionic liquids and their interaction with polymeric or composite substrates
- •Strong expertise in surface characterization (AFM, CLSM, SEM) and electrochemical techniques (EIS)
- •Track record of leading external technical collaborations and translating technical results into product value
- •Strategic, analytical, and independent working style with clear solution orientation
- •Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for international, interdisciplinary teamwork
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary technical expert for EC coatings
- •Apply and evaluate electrically conductive coatings on insulating substrates
- •Conduct coating trials and application testing in the lab
- •Optimize application processes for conductive systems
- •Analyze coating performance using advanced characterization methods
- •Document results and prepare technical reports
- •Collaborate with production, marketing, and R&D for implementation
