- •8–10+ years of progressive HR experience
- •Direct partnership with senior leaders
- •Expert understanding of employment law in Germany
- •Strong understanding of employment law in European jurisdictions
- •Program management experience in policy/process development

- •Serve as a strategic partner to VP/SVP leaders and their teams
- •Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning
- •Support succession planning and performance management
- •Coach and mentor the People Partnering team in the UK/Europe
- •Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- •Manage the bi-annual employee engagement survey process
- •Develop and implement talent development and retention plans
- •Promote diversity and inclusion in all people discussions
- •Lead employee relations workstreams for new entity launches
- •Ensure compliance with policy and consultation requirements
- •Update country-specific employee relations policies and processes
- •Monitor employment law developments across European countries
- •Collaborate with Legal and Risk & Compliance on human rights programs
- •Identify knowledge gaps in the People Partner team
- •Design and deliver training on employee relations topics
