Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- •Proven experience in procurement, S2P, Shared Services, or supply chain
- •Leadership experience in COE/Excellence functions and global transformations
- •Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PMP/Prince2, Prosci
- •Business fluent in English; other languages a plus
- •Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- •Expertise in procurement principles, compliance, and industry trends
- •Knowledge of S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) and ERP (SAP)
- •Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), process mining (Celonis), and automation (UiPath/Power Platform)
- •Familiarity with ESG standards and third-party risk frameworks

- •Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- •Establish ESG and third-party risk frameworks
- •Oversee S2P platforms and automation portfolio
- •Identify and implement automation solutions
- •Manage annual and midterm budgeting of approximately 1.5 MEUR
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives
- •Foster innovation and deliver sustainable value
- •Build global networks and manage escalations
- •Represent topics at the C-Level
