Anforderungen
- •At least 7 years of experience in Indirect and Direct Procurement
- •Experience in large structured companies and adaptability to smaller businesses
- •University degree in business administration or finance
- •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Strong knowledge and experience of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- •Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time

- •Prioritize and plan sourcing within the indirect spend category
- •Focus on corporate and professional services like marketing, IT, and HR

- •Create and manage the commodity management process
- •Negotiate contracts and execute agreements
- •Develop and review KPIs for supplier performance
- •Manage external service providers
- •Achieve commodity cost targets and manage expenses
- •Ensure effective supply risk management
- •Provide accurate spend forecasts
- •Identify areas to reduce costs for VCP targets
- •Verify accuracy of rebates, refunds, and variance accounts
- •Coach and train internal stakeholders
