**Responsibilities:**
* Develops and maintains the resource/capacity-mapped Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for IT projects and the overall program
* Creates and updates schedules on a weekly basis to reflect changes and notifies management of potential risks and opportunities
* Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure.
* Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects.
* Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.
* Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
* Ensure contract WBS is properly updated and current.
* Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMS
* Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
* Process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for cost management reporting
* Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
* Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies.
* Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
* Actively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
* Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings
* Develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation
* Assist with determining the critical path of the program based on schedule progress and established task dependencies
* Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of tools and techniques related to the IMS and proposed schedule for implementation
* Coordinates with the PM, Mission Partner (MP) Leads, and Project Managers to incorporate team schedules into the IMS
* Provides Project Managers support focused on achieving specific and measurable goals tailored to the MP requirements
* Provides mission partners with successful completion of projects that provide Full Operational Capability within the scope of the requirements while carefully optimizing the resources provided and minimizing risks
* Supports development of project documentation (e.g., Project Charters, WBS(s), schedules, project cost estimates, project plans)
* Coordinates with subcontractor teammates and Government personnel and attends and participates in meetings
* Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
* Mentors other schedulers on the EMITS 2 program
* Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
* Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
* May supervise others
**Qualifications:**
*Required:*
* Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain
* BA/BS +8-12
* IMS creation and scheduling experience
* Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments
* Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
* Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
* Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
* Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
* Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
* Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
* Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Consistently demonstrates a high attention to detail.
* Demonstrates mastery of integrated master scheduling and resource management for complex IT projects in military or Government environments.
* Possesses comprehensive knowledge of advanced scheduling tools and risk management techniques for large-scale program implementation.
* Exhibits strategic expertise in coordinating diverse stakeholders, including project managers, mission partners, and Government personnel, to align project schedules and optimize resource allocation.
* Develops sophisticated project documentation, including charters, work breakdown structures, and cost estimates with precision and foresight.
* Evaluates project performance metrics and recommends strategic adjustments to ensure project success and long-term growth.
* Mentors junior schedulers and provides technical leadership across multiple high-impact assignments.

* Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera, , Open Plan).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300 - 189,600 USD
