Anforderungen
- •M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or relevant technical discipline
- •Profound knowledge of modern CMOS process integration and key techniques
- •Experience in FDSOI
- •Knowledge in Test Chip Design, T/O, Design Rules, Technology-Design Interactions
- •Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis techniques
- •Ability to work in high-performance cross-functional teams and independently
- •Excellent English skills (at least C1); proficiency in German preferred
- •Strong interpersonal skills
