Lead Enterprise Architect(m/w/x)

In cooperation with the executive management of our partner **INNIO Jenbacher**, a world-leading manufacturer in the energy sector, we are looking for you as an experienced and passionate **Lead Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)** in **Jenbach** (**Austria)**, **Germany** or **80% remote**. As **Lead Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)**, you will play a key role in the digitalization and transformation of Innio towards an efficiency-oriented and production-focused IT architecture and thus shape nothing less than the future viability of the entire company. **Aufgaben** * You will develop and implement a future-oriented IT enterprise architecture strategy for the manufacturing environment that is aligned with INNIO's business objectives * You will work closely with the internal stakeholders groups (up on to shopfloor-level) to identify existing processes and define company-wide architecture principles and standards by translating strategic requirements into precise solutions that make the application and technology landscape more economical and efficient * You will continuously analyse and evaluate new technologies in the field of manufacturing IT (e.g. Industry 4.0, IoT). * You will lead the implementation of an EAM framework and manage complex IT transformation projects * You will closely collaborate with all stakeholders (executive management, specialist departments, IT) to ensure the acceptance and success of IT initiatives * You will be responsible for a global team of IT architects (internal and external) **Profil** * You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * You have several years of professional experience in restructuring and maintaining an efficient IT application landscape in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment * You have a significant track in Enterprise Architecture Management and the associated (agile) frameworks and methods * You are experienced in initiating change projects in the IT sector and in project implementation with various specialist departments * You can effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences, from employees to C-level executives, tailoring the message for the specific target group * You have a proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and development * You are fluent in Business English & German, with exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication of technical information to diverse audiences **Vergütungspaket** * **Flexible location**: Decide where you want to work from Austria or Germany.
