Send us your CV anyway! **Your key responsibilities** * Lead and support all engineering aspects for a feature team within a scaled development framework, resolve complex problems in internal and external integration projects, build relationships with business and IT stakeholders * Lead design for technology solutions, implement most complex areas of functionality, ensure alignment of IT solutions with domain architecture strategy, Cloud application and resiliency principles * Lead improvements of engineering practices and IT compliance framework across a whole functional area * Learn the business and wide IT landscape, contribute to impact analysis of proposed changes, help with testing approach definition and release readiness assessment * Grow and develop engineers in your team **Your skills and experiences** * Solid hands-on experience in Java Development, good understanding of concurrency * Proven ability to grow a team and develop engineers in your team Proven completion of large enterprise projects and infrastructure rollout (Cloud as plus) * Strong technology leadership.
