A deep expertise in Linux system administration and networking will ensure scalable, secure, and highly available deployments. **Responsibilities** * Mentor and lead a team of DevOps specialists, promoting best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing. * Collaborate cross‑functionally (Dev, QA, Management etc.) to enhance deployment quality, observability, and stability. * Implement monitoring, logging, alerting into systems to proactively detect issues and maintain system health. * Design the architecture, implementation, and management of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery. * Design and enforce test-driven deployment systems, integrating automated testing at every stage to maintain code quality and accelerate feedback loops. * Oversee server system administration, including configuration, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting. * Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices, and evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and processes. ## Requirements * 7+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure roles, with at least 2-3 in a leadership/technical lead capacity. * Expertise in containerization technologies—Docker image creation, registry management, and basic orchestration patterns. * Hands-on experience managing JavaScript packages and publishing workflows to NPM, with a solid understanding of semantic versioning. * Understanding of C++ build systems, specifically CMake, and experience optimizing native code pipelines using Github Actions. * Strong Linux system administration and networking expertise, including shell scripting, package management, system performance troubleshooting, firewalls, and VPNs to secure and optimize deployments. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
