Anforderungen

•University degree in law, business, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable field
•At least 7 years of professional experience in contract or project management
•In-depth knowledge of contract application and interpretation in construction and energy sectors
•Profound German and English skills, both written and spoken
•Willingness to travel up to 20%
•Structured, solution-oriented working style with proficient cost and safety awareness
•Experience engaging with diverse cultures, team spirit, and versatile communication skills
•Experience in leading complex topics professionally

•Manage all commercial and contractual matters during construction
•Lead contract management activities within the project team
•Advise stakeholders on obligations from turbine supply agreements
•Develop strategies to enforce claims against clients and subcontractors
•Ensure proper archiving and improvement of contract-related communication
•Identify and assess risks, implementing mitigation measures
•Analyze potential damage scenarios and provide recommendations
•Facilitate complex contract negotiations and coordinate lessons learned
•Support the development of standards, tools, and training in contract management
