- •7+ years of hands-on experience building NLP / IR systems
- •Experience writing production code and managing software delivery
- •Demonstrable experience translating complex problems into AI applications
- •Professional experience scaling and leading in applied research
- •Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills
- •Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in an agile manner
- •Publications at relevant venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGIR, or KDD (Preferred)
