Anforderungen
- •PhD in a STEM field or excellent Master’s degree with broad experience in AI innovation projects
- •Proven success in delivering industrialised AI or Generative AI solutions with measurable impact
- •Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLM architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps or AI platforms
- •Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- •Familiarity with applied LLM methods such as RAG, prompt optimisation, agentic workflows and semantic data concepts like Knowledge Graphs and Ontologies
- •Experience in AI governance, integration and lifecycle management in production environments
- •Understanding of AI compliance and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
