Anforderungen
- •Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Chemical Production Technician, or similar qualification
- •Enjoyment of practical, hands-on laboratory work and organizational responsibility
- •Enthusiasm for developing and testing innovative adhesive systems and exploring new concepts
- •Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
- •Strong team spirit, communication skills, and structured working style
- •Proficient German skills (written and verbal) and intermediate English skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Collaborate in formulation development and maintenance of adhesives
- •Plan, execute, and evaluate tests in laboratory and pilot plant environments
- •Analyze laboratory samples for adhesive performance and polymer characteristics
- •Take responsibility for sub-projects within larger R&D projects
- •Document and present results in project meetings and teams
- •Support coordination of supplier interactions and development collaborations
