Anforderungen

•Experience with molecular techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, PCR)
•In-vitro cell culture and nucleic acid analysis skills
•Familiarity with GxP, ISO9001 standards
•Strong attention to detail and teamwork
•Previous experience in a laboratory technician role, ideally in molecular biology, cell biology, or quality control
•Familiarity with viral vector production and testing techniques is highly desirable

•Assess vector integrity with PCR and Gel Electrophoresis

•Analyze RNA and gDNA
•Maintain lab organization and equipment
•Follow GxP and ISO9001 standards for documentation
•Assist in implementing new testing methods
