Anforderungen
- •Experience with molecular techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, PCR)
- •In-vitro cell culture and nucleic acid analysis skills
- •Familiarity with GxP, ISO9001 standards
- •Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- •Previous experience in a laboratory technician role, ideally in a related field such as molecular biology, cell biology, or quality control
- •Familiarity with viral vector production and testing techniques is highly desirable

- •Carry out cell culture and transduction
- •Analyze RNA and gDNA
- •Maintain lab organization and equipment
- •Document procedures following GxP and ISO9001 standards
- •Assist in implementing new testing methods
