Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and coordinate a team of 3–4 lab technicians
- •Plan, execute, and report routine in vitro DMPK assays
- •Provide hands-on support for in vitro ADME experiments
- •Troubleshoot manual and automated assays
- •Maintain high data accuracy and optimize workflows
- •Continuously improve in vitro ADME methodologies
- •Develop and implement new technologies for DMPK
- •Act as the DMPK representative in cross-functional teams
- •Integrate in vitro and in vivo PK data for decision-making
- •Prepare presentations for client interactions
- •Participate in customer visits and contribute to audits
- •Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- •Maintain quality documentation, including SOPs
