- •Strong C-suite network and credibility with CXO-stakeholders

- •Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements and transformation initiatives

- •Enhance client satisfaction and retention by driving measurable value
- •Identify and develop new consulting opportunities with existing and new clients
- •Drive pipeline development, proposal scoping, and fee negotiations
- •Achieve signings, revenue, and margin targets to support business growth
- •Lead and inspire high-performing consulting teams
- •Collaborate with peers to shape the strategy and growth of the Enterprise Transformation practice
- •Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and commercial focus
- •Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback for performance reviews
