Top opportunity for the next step on the career ladder: We are looking for you as a sales personality "key accounts" in new customer sales (B2B) from the HR environment!
What you'll be doing

You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the key account sector and have a strong network in the HR environment.

You have a background in HR consulting, HR software, insurance or HR benefits (fringe benefits)

You are a strong networker and are able to generate leads and potential customers at C-level or management level or HR contact persons

You build long-term customer relationships and understand how to translate customer wishes into an optimal solution

Handling sales-related processes independently (from planning and negotiating prices and contracts to monitoring).

Presenting the company at trade fairs, events or industry events in the HR environment

You maintain our customer data in Salesforce on a daily basis

Manage and oversee sales activities and initiatives.

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.

Manage relationships with key customers and partners.

Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.
