This role focuses on both strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with Otis’s commitment to excellence in vertical transportation solutions. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers in Switzerland, in close collaboration with regional and branch teams. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. * Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within targeted industries (e.g., real estate, facility management, construction). * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Service, Modernization, New Equipment) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. * Monitor account performance, sales targets, and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and results. * Represent Otis Switzerland in client meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations. **What You Bring:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or strategic account management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment. * Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies. **Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required * Master’s degree is a plus **Key Competencies:** * **Language Skills:** Fluency in French, German and English * **Action Oriented:** You take initiative, embrace challenges, and drive progress. * **Customer Focus:** You understand client needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. * **Drives Results:** You consistently meet or exceed targets and help others do the same. * **Strategic Mindset:** You think long-term, anticipate trends, and align actions with business goals. *Otis is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
