**About the Role**
Join our commercial team in Hamburg as a Key Account Manager, focusing on growing accounts within the German Off trade and Wholesale Open Market.
Responsibilities include:
* **Account Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
* **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
* **Negotiation & Contract Management**: Preparing, conducting, implementing and controlling annual negotiations and agreements in alignment with Trade Terms and the National Group Account Manager
* **Performance Monitoring:** Track account performance against targets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* **Innovation & Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands while maintaining our internal KPI’s
**About You**
* Proven experiences in a commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in an FMCG environment
* Strong negotiation capabilities
* Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
