Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
•At least 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management
•Solid knowledge of OEM automotive customer structures and processes
•Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
•Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
•Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
•Willingness to travel across Europe

•Coordinate with Aumovio for project execution and customer support
•Develop and implement account strategies to expand business opportunities
•Reinforce long-term partnerships with VW OES and Volvo
•Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
•Identify risks and opportunities based on customer trends
•Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions
•Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance reports
•Report forecasts to the Sales Director Europe
•Promote initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
•Strengthen Tenneco’s positioning as a strategic partner
