# Key Account Manager **Hamburg, Germany** | **Full time** **Job Description :** **Location: Hamburg Languages Required: ​Fluent German and English** **About the Role** Join our commercial team in Hamburg as a Key Account Manager, focusing on growing accounts within the German Off Trade channel. **Top Accountabilities** * Handling assortments, promotional calendars, and budgets with the allocated customers * Preparing, conducting, implementing and controlling annual negotiations and agreements in alignment with Trade Terms and the National Group Account Manager * Working closely with other team, like Shopper Marketing and Customer Activation to implement activations and running promo allocations * Developing and implementing effective sales drives in close collaboration with the field force * Running and supporting commercial projects * Aim for continuous improvement in sales metrics by exploring market opportunities and potential avenues for expansion. * Design customer-specific marketing plans that include comprehensive sales and budget planning while supporting new product launches and campaigns. **About You** * Proven experiences in a commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in an FMCG environment * Negotiation skills * Strong ability to build, develop and maintain relationships * Intuition for business paired with analytical skills * Engaging teammate, focus on total team delivery * Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong team member, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills **Our Offer** * A fantastic company culture that puts employees and their development first * A competitive salary with bonus and many benefits * 30 days of vacation * A great parental leave policy * An office with a view in the heart of Hamburg * …and of course, THE best colleagues!
