## Job Description Are you passionate to detect and sell business relevant Bicycle product and technology trends globally? Are you able to combine Sales expertise and Technical Customer Service in order to create a customer-centric, solution-focused, engineering approach that ensures the evolution of our Bicycle Tire OE business? **Then GetTheGrip on your career in Bicycle Tires.** **Your main tasks are:** * Globally supporting existing and acquisition of new OE customers with focus on technical solutions * Detecting and nominating product trends & innovations also by using latest digital tools such as artificial intelligence * Managing relationships with focus development partners such as OE customers and sponsored teams * Customer performance monitoring * Developing and implementing customer trainings * Product performance documentation * Enforcing technical compliance and coordinating closely with responsible departments * Responsibility for product approval processes * Interface to various internal and external stakeholders ## Qualifications * Academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Design or comparable qualification * Working experience in Sales and/or Engineering area desirable, ideally in Bicycle goods industry * Distinctive digital maturity * Experience in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing and AI-driven data analysis * Experience in working in a matrix and global organizational setup * Fluent German and business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) * Intercultural sensitivity and strong networking skills * Solid negotiation and presentation skills/experience, both personal and virtual * Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) * Passion for Cycling Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome. ## Additional Information The well-being of our employees is important to us.
