For our further expansion we are looking for a
**Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Home and Commercial**
**These are your tasks:**
* Promoting growth and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC)
* Identification of growth opportunities and proactive marketing of additional service portfolios to existing customers
* Internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territory
* Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Follow up on open quotations until orders are received
* Entering and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system
* Achieving personal sales goals
* Occasional customer/trade show visits and participation in customer events
**What we expect:**
* Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable
* 2-4 year/s of relevant work experience
* Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage
* Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage
* Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
