Anforderungen

  • Experience in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Advanced experience in online/offline assortment, pricing, campaign development, implementation, steering, and tracking
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience (OTC or FMCG) desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and drive online sales
  • Ability to create and implement strategies
  • Ability to analyze client potential and growth opportunities
  • Knowledge about prescription market
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity and supply chain processes
  • Existing relationships with leading Internet-pharmacies in Germany are helpful

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead strategic growth of German e-commerce and clinic channels
  • Manage and expand key e-commerce accounts
  • Enhance OTC digital visibility
  • Drive Amazon-related business initiatives
  • Build a high-impact clinic channel strategy
  • Strengthen RX portfolio's reach
  • Collaborate closely with the field force
  • Leverage data and analytics for commercial decisions
  • Optimize performance across both channels
  • Develop and implement Santen strategy for eCom & clinics
  • Ensure sales, profit, and market share targets
  • Plan sales, budget, investment, and promotion independently
  • Steer and control targets for eCom & clinic channel
  • Conduct detailed market analysis of the environment
  • Derive goals from market analysis findings
  • Regularly analyze positioning of OTC & RX portfolio
  • Develop projects with all stakeholder departments
  • Drive eCom & clinic growth through innovative marketing concepts
  • Negotiate independently with key accounts for eCom & clinics
  • Plan sales targets and promotions per customer
  • Execute best-in-class promotions
  • Define and track growth-driven KPIs
  • Report regularly to management
  • Support Manager eCommerce and wholesaler in DACH region
  • Work closely with marketing, customer operations, legal, and compliance
  • Adopt a hands-on mentality to identify sales growth opportunities
  • Share knowledge to foster growth in eCom & clinics
  • Participate in launch team for new OTC & RX products in Germany
  • Follow GDP guidelines and act in compliance
