Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • •Proficiency in German and English
  • •1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the hospital, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
  • •Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
  • •Knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • •Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
  • •Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare decision-makers
  • •Identify target customers by analyzing customer records
  • •Create a comprehensive territory business plan
  • •Educate audiences on the value of the biosimilar product portfolio
  • •Identify access barriers and create tailored solutions for market entry
  • •Utilize CRM tools to track progress and optimize outreach
  • •Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed
  • •Lead local market access initiatives and support internal training
