Anforderungen
- •3+ years of professional experience in account management, sales/sales support, or business development within the automotive or automation industry
- •Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation
- •Good understanding of automation solutions and ideally automotive plant engineering
- •Ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions with cross-functional teams
- •Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- •Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German

- •Manage the sales process, including opportunity generation and offer preparation
- •Negotiate commercial terms across the ABB Robotics portfolio
- •Build and maintain long-term relationships with key automotive customers
- •Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions with technical and sales teams
- •Promote the complete ABB Robotics portfolio and define strategic focus areas
- •Support the Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy and achieving targets
- •Prepare for and participate in customer negotiations, focusing on sustainable value
- •Monitor customer satisfaction and drive actions for continuous improvement
- •Coordinate with internal sales teams, including service and technical support
- •Provide strategic support for pricing, technical standards, and references in other countries
- •Stay updated on automotive industry trends and share insights with the team
