Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in studio production, fashion coordination, or styling assistance
- •Strong organizational and communication skills
- •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Solid understanding of fashion aesthetics, composition, and brand identity
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and GChat
- •Strong team spirit, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving skills
- •Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

- •Coordinate pre-production workflows
- •Ensure timely arrival of collection styles for shoots
- •Collaborate with the Berlin creative team on e-commerce briefings
- •Provide visual direction and styling guidance for collections
- •Manage and distribute project briefings and shoot schedules
- •Coordinate model and stylist bookings with the Berlin office
- •Support the freelance stylist in preparing looks for shoots
- •Adjust styling based on design team reviews
- •Create and maintain the Styling Deck for brand alignment
- •Supervise e-commerce shoots with the Art Director
- •Ensure styling and composition meet creative standards
- •Manage logistics of product arrivals and shooting area setup
- •Archive images post-shoot
- •Support post-production processes and prepare collection decks
- •Handle shipment coordination and tracking of styling pieces
- •Assist the Marketing team with content creation and reporting
