- •Initial experience or internships in fast-paced environments such as consultancy, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Proficiency in Google Sheets for basic KPI and cost analysis; SQL is a plus
- •Highly organised and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
- •Clear communication and enjoyment of collaboration with different teams and external partners at various seniority levels
- •Curiosity to learn about fulfilment operations, carrier partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration
- •Hands-on, proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of tasks while developing new skills

- •Support partner portfolio growth by researching and evaluating new partnership opportunities
- •Assist in managing special projects and market launches

- •Prepare reports and highlight potential risks
