# Junior Quality Engineer / HTL Absolvent (f/m/d)
In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality by making decisions on deviations, performing quality reporting, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with a multicultural team to maintain high standards and drive process optimization in a dynamic environment.
## Your Responsibilities
* First point of contact and responsible for decisions on product release, block, scrap or rework; prevention of potential deviations
* Conduct quality reporting to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement
* Authorize machine releases and oversee process-related quality topics to ensure compliance
* Support in periodic line audits and contribute to audits and quality-related procedures
## Your Profile
* Completed technical education (HTL or higher degree level)
* Proficiency in German and English
* Experience in the electronics industry preferred, but not mandatory
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Open-minded, team-oriented, and adaptable to multicultural environments
* Willingness to work shifts under clean room conditions (3 shift up to 5 shift)
