Anforderungen
- •Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies
- •2-3 years of Project Management experience
- •Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
- •Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience
- •Logical, structured thinking
- •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- •Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
- •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas
- •Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
- •Completion or interest in recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- •Knowledge of Project Management tools
- •Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
- •Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement solutions
