- •Successful apprenticeship or technical education in metal working
- •High technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings
- •3 to 5 years of experience in metal machining or relevant manufacturing technologies
- •Passion for new space and eagerness to learn
- •Drive to deliver and push boundaries
- •Ownership and accountability for actions
- •Humility and willingness to help others
- •Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure on-time delivery of production orders
- •Align production planning with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Assembly, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality
- •Manage orders from creation to completion using the MES
- •Optimize production sequences considering changeover times and overall utilization
- •Lead shop floor meetings to facilitate communication between departments
- •Demonstrate problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement
