Anforderungen
- •Passion for gaming, Free-to-Play, and Games-as-a-Service
- •At least 2 years of experience in Product Management - Games preferred
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- •Problem-solving and results-oriented attitude
- •Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- •Understanding of balancing quantitative and qualitative feedback
- •Experience with KPIs and data
- •Skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SQL and Tableau a plus
- •Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data, or similar field
- •Data background within games considered
- •Mentoring and training skills
- •Experience working with Game Development teams
- •Experience in Live-Ops and fast-paced teams
- •Experience working with international teams

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the end-to-end Product Owner for the game and its players
- •Translate product vision and strategy into actionable requests and requirements
- •Identify cost-effective and high-impact opportunities to maximize efficiency
- •Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineers, designers, and marketers
- •Develop a deep understanding of growth drivers for the product using data and user feedback
- •Manage daily operations of the game, including in-game engagement and promotions
- •Hypothesize, test, and improve strategies for retention, conversion, and monetization
- •Lead and manage team members responsible for daily game operations
- •Collaborate with other Product Managers and Leadership on cross-product initiatives
