Junior Pricing Manager(m/w/x)

## About the role: Do you have a passion for analytical tasks? As a **(Junior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d)** at Redcare Pharmacy, you will take ownership of our pricing activities for the Belgian market. Your goal? **Optimize our prices to maximize both sales and margins.** This role offers a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with different teams and make a direct impact on our business performance. ## Job Description **About your tasks:** * **Shape our pricing strategy** by continuously improving and implementing our**pricing model** to drive profitability * **Analyze and optimize prices** based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth * **Monitor financial impacts** of pricing decisions and **adjust strategies accordingly** * **Collaborate with internal teams**, including Country Management, Category Management and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies * **Conduct market and competitor research** to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights * **Enhance pricing tools and processes** to support data-driven decision-making ## Qualifications **About you:** * You have a **strong analytical mindset** and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making * You possess strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python * Ideally, you already have first experiences in **pricing, revenue management, or a similar field**, and are interested in working in an e-commerce or retail environment * You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills * You can work remotely a lot if you like, but you are able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week ## Additional Information **This position is planned as a part-time role with 20 hours per week.** While we’re currently not offering it as a full-time position, we’re open to flexibility: if you’re interested in working slightly more or fewer hours, feel free to apply anyway – we’d be happy to discuss what working hours suit you best. **About your benefits:** In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits: * **Welcome Days:** We want you to feel at home with us from the very first day.
