Anforderungen
- •1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or SEA
- •Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads, or comparable platforms
- •Experience with Google Analytics and common tracking setups
- •Understanding of conversion funnels, lead models, and data-driven marketing
- •Analytical and structured way of working with a high level of ownership
- •Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for actively managing and optimising campaigns
- •Team player who enjoys collaborating with product, SEO, CRM, and external partners
- •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

- •Manage campaigns across SEA, paid social, display, video, and native ads
- •Continuously optimize keywords, audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets
- •Collaborate closely with product and SEO teams to enhance landing pages and funnels
- •Align with the CRM team to ensure accurate tracking, lead attribution, and billing
- •Develop and maintain the tracking setup
- •Create, analyze, and interpret performance reports
- •Identify optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey
