  • •Assist with the KRONOS time and attendance system
  • •Remediate issues related to time and attendance
  • •Troubleshoot KRONOS issues with HR managers and supervisors
  • •Interface with the Exton Payroll Department
  • •Finalize KRONOS data biweekly for payroll processing
  • •Coordinate with contingency employee agencies for time-related support
  • •Participate in audits for legal and policy compliance
  • •Provide KRONOS training to managers and employees
  • •Test system upgrades and new software
  • •Prepare vacation payout calculations for terminated hourly employees
  • •Complete Verification of Employment inquiries
  • •Review data entry of hourly and agency employees in the HR system
  • •Serve as temporary backup for other KRONOS administrators
  • •Create and maintain Job Aides
  • •Comply with government regulations and company policy
  • •Perform other duties as assigned
