- •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field
- •Understanding of analog and digital circuits
- •Familiarity with SRAM, OTP, or NVM principles
- •Knowledge of schematic capture and simulation tools

- •Experience with Memory or IC design projects
- •Scripting skills for simulation or data analysis

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design memory circuit schematics for SRAM peripherals and NVM blocks
- •Apply design updates while learning key memory architecture concepts
- •Simulate analog and mixed-signal blocks using various analyses
- •Evaluate simulation results regarding matching, noise, and variability
- •Perform pre- and post-layout simulations and basic DRC/LVS checks
- •Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize circuit performance
- •Integrate memory macros into SoCs and support silicon bring-up
- •Analyze test data to understand memory redundancy concepts
- •Maintain detailed documentation, design notes, and simulation reports
- •Participate in reviews with verification, layout, and test teams
