Anforderungen
- •1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or a similar role
- •Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign activation
- •Strong analytical mindset with experience in market or campaign analysis
- •Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva
- •Good planning and coordination skills; event experience is an advantage
- •Basic understanding of analytics, CRM systems, or web CMS platforms (AEM is a plus)
- •Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English and German
- •Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally
- •Proactive, structured, and able to manage several projects simultaneously
- •A valid driver’s license is an advantage
- •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support execution of the Traka DACH marketing plan
- •Assist with social, paid media, SEO/SEM, and LinkedIn campaigns
- •Create content for social media, websites, brochures, and sales materials
- •Localize marketing toolkits and materials
- •Analyze campaign and CRM performance
- •Assist with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- •Drive lead generation across the funnel
- •Provide go-to-market materials for the sales team
- •Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and demos
- •Maintain the Traka DACH website using AEM
- •Support social media scheduling and engagement
- •Update or design sales materials using Adobe or Canva
- •Perform administrative tasks including databases, reports, and budget tracking
