- •Provide clinical and technical support for the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
- •Train physicians and EP Lab Staff on system usage and related equipment
- •Introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders through in-service training
- •Develop advanced clinical workflows
- •Plan and assist in the installation of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
- •Collaborate with the technical department for effective system setup
- •Support the education team in developing training centers
- •Share clinical best practices to enhance customer experience
- •Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting
- •Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder inquiries
- •Participate in territory reviews with the account team and Sales Manager
- •Complete all required company training
- •Attend regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops
