## Junior Manager Corporate Sustainability (m/f/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Munich Office --- ##### JOIN OUR TEAM As **Junior Manager Corporate Sustainability** you will support the implementation and monitoring of Westwing’s sustainability compliance efforts, focusing on EU regulations, in particular the EUDR, supplier due diligence and engagement activities, and sustainability data management. This position is **unlimited** and based in **Munich**. ##### WHAT YOU'LL DO * coordinate and ensure Westwing’s compliance with the EUDR, including supplier traceability documentation, due diligence processes, and internal reporting * support the implementation of other EU sustainability regulations (e.g., Digital Product Passport, Green Claims Directive, Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) * assist the supplier compliance expert with supplier audits, due diligence checks, training initiatives, and communication with suppliers * support the collection, validation, and maintenance of sustainability data, KPIs, and reporting for internal dashboards and regulatory requirements * monitor regulatory developments, prepare internal updates, and contribute to sustainability documentation and audit preparations ##### YOU COME WITH * 2+ years of professional experience in sustainability, supply chain management, compliance, ESG, and/or consulting * good knowledge of or strong interest in EU sustainability regulations such as EUDR, CSDDD, EPR, PPWR, Digital Product Passport * experience in compliance processes, responsible sourcing, and/or supply chain due diligence is an advantage * strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities * proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets and present information clearly * ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate professionally with suppliers and stakeholders * proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the sustainability field * fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills ##### WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
