Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •Experience managing/coordinating projects in business process excellence or SAP ERP transformations
  • •Reporting experience, including requirement engineering, reporting architecture, and various SAP reporting types
  • •Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills with strong change communications skills
  • •Strong change management perspective
  • •Strong English skills

  • •Support the lead to cash end-to-end process workstream
  • •Understand and master individual processes
  • •Moderate between ZEISS functions and process experts
  • •Steer and orchestrate external consulting support
  • •Align workstream progress with the senior manager
  • •Ensure effective planning and implementation of improvement measures
  • •Conduct functional tests and validate process configurations
  • •Implement strategies to improve process efficiency
  • •Collaborate with global teams on SAP S/HANA roll-in
