Anforderungen

  • •At least 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing within FMCG
  • •Good knowledge of the retail landscape; private label or branded background desirable
  • •Customer-focused, cross-functional mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • •Challenger attitude, tactical sales skills, and excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
  • •Self-motivation, solution-driven approach, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Manage Private Label Wet Shave products for Northeast European customers
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • •Ensure sales targets are met cost-effectively
  • •Understand customer strategy and organization
  • •Develop contacts at multiple levels within accounts
  • •Support strategic sales orientation for your line manager
  • •Identify opportunities for customized product solutions
  • •Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
  • •Achieve annual business plans and forecasts through customer engagement
  • •Manage portfolio and pricing strategy in compliance with profitability guidelines
  • •Monitor customer, market, and competitor performance
  • •Make recommendations to improve profitability
  • •Collaborate with internal functions for efficient implementation
  • •Track and update customer conditions regularly
  • •Deliver presentations to customers
