# Junior IT Service Desk Agent (f/m/d) * Greentube GmbH * Vienna * Presence / Mobile * Published: 2025-07-08 !Junior IT Service Desk Agent (f/m/d), 1. image As a Junior IT Service Desk Agent you will be an on-site tech expert, providing first-line support and resolving user issues to ensure a smooth IT experience.
