# Junior Institutional Sales (m/f/d) Competencies: Collaborates; Action Oriented; Customer Focus; Ensures Accountability; Instills Trust With the goal of sustainably building and expanding our institutional sales function, we are looking for a motivated individual to play an important role in shaping this area from the ground up. **What to expect:** * Close collaboration with the Senior Institutional Sales in building and structuring the new institutional distribution channel * Responsibility for the internal sales setup: preparation of presentations, support in the creation of proposals, pitchbooks and sales materials * Conducting market, client, and competitor analyses to identify potential institutional investors * Coordination between Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Investment Teams, and Compliance (e.g. in the preparation of RfPs) * Gradually take on own sales responsibilities as part of ongoing development **What we expect:** * University degree in economics, finance, or a related field * Initial professional experience in the asset management industry, ideally in sales, product management, or client servicing * Passion for capital markets and strong interest in strategically developing the institutional sales function * Proactive and structured working style with excellent organizational skills * Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders * Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus * Fluent in both German and English, with very good written and verbal communication skills At UNIQA, we live diversity.
