Anforderungen
- •2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, product and/or financial control or FP&A
- •Strong understanding of core accounting principles; knowledge of Belgian GAAP is a plus
- •Experience with monthly close, reconciliations and financial reporting
- •Solid Excel / Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP or similar)
- •Familiarity with crypto concepts (wallets, transactions, revenue types) is a plus
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge data and ensure accuracy
- •Strong communication skills and readiness to partner with commercial and operational teams
- •High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •Based in either the UK or a European time zone
- •Self-awareness and powerful communication skills; passion for crypto; driven, collaborative, ownership, and delivering scalable outcomes

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process for all entities
- •Prepare management accounts and product-level PnL reports
- •Perform reconciliations across fiat, crypto, revenues, trading volumes, and fees
- •Validate product-level revenues and PnL drivers
- •Investigate and resolve PnL discrepancies with commercial and trading teams
- •Maintain and improve internal controls for financial reporting
- •Collect and validate revenue data from various business units
- •Track, verify, and analyze operating costs across departments
- •Map and allocate revenues and costs to business units and cost centers
- •Ensure accuracy of margins, profitability, and cost attribution
- •Act as a finance partner to commercial and operational teams
- •Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations
- •Support budget vs. actual tracking and forecast updates
- •Improve financial transparency and discipline across the organization
- •Streamline and automate finance processes and workflows
- •Assist with tooling improvements for ERP and reporting
- •Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
