# Junior Entrepreneurship&(Gen)AI Advisor (m/f/d) -Allianz Services- Productivity Solutions&Innovation Job Level: Entry Level Location: Unterföhring (bei München), DE, 85774 Area of Expertise: Inhouse Consulting Unit: Allianz Services Employing Entity: Allianz Technology SE Job Type: Full-Time Remote Job: Hybrid working Employment Type: Permanent ID: 72603 Position Cluster: n.a. **Key responsibilities / You will get to:** * Support the design and implementation of emerging technologies, including **Generative AI**, **LLMs**, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Web3. * **Provide productivity & AI advisory services** to clients in the areas of Data & AI Strategy, Data Foundations, and Data & AI Solution Development, under the guidance of experienced team members. * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, develop tailored solutions, and drive tangible results. * Contribute to business development efforts, including client pitches and proposals. * Play an active role in internal capability building, community engagement, and knowledge sharing within Allianz Services. * Collaborate with key Allianz innovation entities such as Group Data Analytics, and external institutions, e.g., universities and start-ups to develop, validate, and scale innovative pilots. **Key requirements/What we hope you bring:** * Initial experience through internships or working student roles in strategy or IT consulting, IT-/AI-companies, relevant academic research or in a related role within a global organization * Master’s degree in Management & Technology, Business Administration, or a STEM field, ideally with a focus on analytics, data science, or computer science * Fluent in English; German at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage * Solid advisory fundamentals: structured thinking, analytical mindset, and clear communication * Practical experience with BI tools and technologies such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar * Curiosity and/or experience in emerging tech like Generative AI, LLMs, Process Mining, Task Mining, or Web3 * Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for new ideas * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in team settings and client-facing situations * Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to project success * Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required – we support your learning and development from day one # LI-CF1 # AllianzServices 72603 | Inhouse Consulting | Entry Level | Allianz Services | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
