Anforderungen
- •M.Sc. / Dipl. Ing or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or relevant technical discipline
- •Basic understanding of CMOS process integration
- •Analytic thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently and in diverse, multi-cultural environment
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English language required – written & verbal (at least C1)
- •Semiconductor technology experience in process integration or unit process modules
- •Proficient usage of German language is an advantage
