- •Run monthly and quarterly financial closings
- •Perform year-end closing and forecasting
- •Upload data to SAC, FiPS, and BCS systems
- •Align intercompany invoicing for cross-charges
- •Conduct financial valuations for project approvals
- •Review project pipeline for portfolio assessments
- •Support BU Pharma's trading Hub at FK SBS
- •Assist trading Hubs in the US, Germany, and Norway
- •Coordinate project cost controlling with FiPS
- •Track project and non-project costs (ACT vs FC)
- •Plan personnel costs
- •Manage intercompany invoicing and manual bookings
- •Collaborate with internal departments on alignments
- •Support special analyses for various departments
- •Guide Alliance Management and Business Development on financial topics
- •Act as backup for the controlling team in CH, US, and Germany
